We send Tracking Numbers and Information via email or text message as selected from the carrier you selected at checkout (UPS, FedEx, etc.).

Some orders ship the SAME DAY. Most orders ship within 24-48 HOURS while other orders may require longer for configuration or final buildout at the factory / warehouse. Some large or overweight items will ship via freight. We will attempt to contact you if we anticipate any delays. You may contact us 24/7 if you have special requirements or a time sensitive delivery. We will do our best to serve you.

Duties and Taxes

On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. Our shopping cart does not calculate duties that may be imposed on the particular items. We do not know how much additional cost the taxes and/or duties will be prior to preparing your order for shipment internationally. We are not responsible for any of these taxes or duties. They are the sole responsibility of the customer and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order but required by the governing body will be billed back to you using the same method of payment with which your original order was paid. We will try to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible on duties and taxes. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that international orders with multiple items will ship in 1 box.

International shipments sometimes require additional time due to the carrier and / or customs. Please keep this in mind when your delivery is time sensitive.

Shipping and handling charges calculated in the shopping cart are based upon the shipping address you provide and include the shipping carrier’s cost and any handling costs or fees that we may incur in the course of processing your order. The shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart, displayed on our website or charged to you may not necessarily be the current carriers rates or discounted rates. Shipping prices displayed on our site or calculated in the shopping cart may be below or above the current published rate of the respective carrier and may or may not include fuel surcharges or charges to offset the climate impact of this shipment such as UPS carbon neutral or any other charges imposed by the carrier.

The following are surcharges for specific situations:

  • Fuel surcharges may apply; these are charged by the carrier and are added to any shipping charges.
  • Extended delivery area surcharges.
  • Check carriers’ Terms and Conditions for other surcharges that may apply.
  • For more carrier specific terms and up to date information, visit UPS or FedEx.

Standard shipments

  • Additional charge applies for deliveries to residential addresses.

Other notes/guidelines/restrictions on delivery times:

  • All shipments are subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery times are based on carrier policies. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Aqua Technology Group is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, mechanical failures or other issues.
  • Due to shipper restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • All air services vary by zip code or postal code. Check delivery services for your area before ordering.
  • For International shipments and shipments to Canada, timely delivery cannot be guaranteed as the shipments can be delayed by the carrier or by customs.

An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a variable address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address.  In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card or payment method used for the purchase the amount of the address correction fee from the carrier.
